Sanne Bitter is Co founder and Partner at Tatu Collective, where she supports conservation organisations across Africa with strategy, organisational development, governance and fundraising. Previously, she held leadership roles at the Northern Rangelands Trust, where she led organisation-wide strategic planning, institutional development and capacity building across a network of community conservancies. Before moving into conservation, Sanne worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where she was actively involved in learning and development initiatives alongside her client work. Passionate about developing people and organisations, she is committed to strengthening leadership and management capacity as a foundation for effective, locally led conservation.
