Sanne Bitter is a professional with a passion for ecosystem connectivity and community-based conservation approaches. As a former Strategy Director at the Northern Rangelands Trust (NRT), she was responsible for developing long-term roadmaps for implementation and expansion of the community conservancy model across Kenya and Uganda. During this time, she also supported fundraising and the ongoing transformation (digitization; professionalisation). Before her role at NRT, Sanne gained extensive experience as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she worked on projects focused on climate, nature, and strategic growth. Sanne holds an MSc in Global Business & Sustainability and is a certified FGASA Level 1 Field Guide, reflecting her deep personal connection to wildlife conservation.
